Michael Lacy is an accomplished entrepreneur and musician with an enthusiasm for launching ventures and provocative projects. He is a motivated and resourceful self-starter who excels with communication and strategic planning. Mr. Lacy manages the day-to-day operations.
He has been a consultant to public and private companies in areas of public relations, marketing, strategic planning, website administration and finance.
Mr. Lacy received his B.B.A. with a concentration in Finance from the University of Kentucky in Lexington.
DR. CLAUS WAGNER-BARTAK
Vice President/Director
Dr. Claus Wagner-Bartak is an Internationally recognized scientist and business executive. He pioneered and coordinated the research and development of the Canada-Arm, a premiere technological innovation and key contributor on NASA Space Shuttle and Space Station missions. Dr. Bartak is a business and technology advisor.
He has been a consultant to business and governments involving frontier technologies, innovations and business systems. He has led multinational aerospace projects from sounding rockets to interplanetary spacecraft and space shuttle systems, developed information technology systems and founded successful business ventures resulting in the development of novel pharmaceutical, biotechnological and advanced chemical products.
Dr. Bartak is a recipient of the NASA Public Service Medal, the NASA Astronaut Award and the International Joseph Engelberger Award.
Dr. Wagner-Bartak received his university education in sciences at Ludwig-Maximilian University, Munich, Germany and in business administration and engineering management at Technical University, Munich, Germany.
